An easy-to-understand reference guide written under the direction of the late John Walker and James Ginnaty. This book is an industry collaboration. Information contained in the guide is provided by some of the best practitioners and experts in professional cleaning and is instructional for the safety of custodial workers. It contains a blueprint for the proper handling of cleaning chemicals in the workplace. Included is an introduction to chemicals, safe handling, GHS Hazcom, proper storage, PPE, slip and fall, bloodborne emergencies, chemicals designed to “kill” pathogens, other dangerous chemicals in the workplace, etc.
